Please Contact CNN, MSNBC... They Aren't Covering Cindy Sheehan's Story!
Please contact your preferred news outlet. They are ignoring the importance of Cindy Sheehan's story. In her place, they have opted to blather on and on about the Space Shuttle.

I wrote the following. Please either copy & Paste this, or write your own.

Thanks! Keep fighting the good fight!

Dear CNN

Here's a headline for you:

America Couldn't Care Less About the Shuttle

It's great that they are all now safely on the ground; however, the story that America is following is Cindy Sheehan's quest to seek an audience with the President.

You can ignore this story all you want, but the fact is that this woman's story supersedes any spaceships landing. All websites and blogs directly linked to this woman are so flooded that it takes several attempts to log on. Go to the NASA website. It loads right up.

You are not covering the real news here, people. Is that not what you are supposed to do?

Please give this story the merit it deserves. It is vastly more important than analyzing ceramic tiles.

Thank you.

1. They can't cover Cindy Sheehan all day every day
By tomorrow we won't hear anything more about the shuttle--which I find to be a rather boring story anyway. Air America and the blogs are keeping Sheehan in the news and the heat on the cable news channels.

4. Here's mine:
I don't understand why CNN is not covering Cindy Sheehan and the Gold Star parents who have set up camp outside President Bush's ranch in Crawford, Texas.
Especially now that it is almost certain that the Secret Service plans to have the group arrested and removed on Thursday.
What I don't understand is, you spent countless hours and dollars covering anything that looked negative to President Clinton, but this president gets by without a blemish.
Shame on you for being partisan.
Get out there and do your job!!

5. They also aren't covering..
.. the wild fires. Isn't that usually a lead item with lots of photo ops every fire season. To cover that they will have to discuss the lack of National Guard support.

They aren't covering the pork in the Transportation Bill, a $200 mil bridge to an island with a population of 50. To cover that they will have to slam Republicans.

They didn't cover when the new Iraqi government met with Iran and placed a wreath on Ayatolla Khomeni's grave. To cover this they will have to admit we probably created a new islamic theocracy in the middle east.

What did we expect from them? They are covering their corporate asses.

10. They Must Have Got a Call to Back Off on Cindy

Now that Comey's being replaced by a Bushbot hack, the media knows
that Fitzgerald's on his way out. That is putting the fear of the
regime into them once again.

11. This is the email I just sent to NBC.

I hope this isn't true, but I read on the internet that you have decided not to cover Cindy Sheehan's story and have actually cancelled coverage you already had planned. Might I remind you that you are the network that gave "The Runaway Bride" not only daily coverage, but a one hour special on what was and still is truly a trivial story. Daily, the "Today Show" shows all of us just how biased your network is on any subject criticizing the Bush administration. If your producers cannot recognize a real story when they see it, your network is in danger of becoming even more trivial than The Runaway Bride. I know I will be tuning into Good Morning, America now because your network just doesn't deserve my attention anymore. Such a shame, you used to be a great network.
