Protest Bush in Duluth, MN - July 13 - A mass, non-partisan rally organized by Progressive Action will take place from 4-5 p.m. on Tuesday at the Duluth Civic Center (5th Avenue West and First Street, downtown). Organizers anticipate thousands of activists from across the political spectrum to converge under the theme of "YES to freedom, YES to peace, YES to justice, NO to Bush!" Other groups plan to follow the presidential motorcade route with banners, organize affinity groups to resist the expected infringement on protests near the convention center at which Bush will speak, and even infiltrate the Bush rally itself.
