Dean loses some ground in poll - undecided gains, Clark, Gep down

I was just looking at the latest USA Today/CNN/Gallup numbers.

Comparison of Dec. 11-13 to Dec. 15-16...Dean lost some ground, but most of the support lost went to undecided instead of any other candidate. Lieberman gained a bit, but Dean's lead is still well outside of the margin or error which is +/- 5. Clark seems to be losing support - he was at 17 Dec. 5-7. Gephardt has lost significant support as well. Everyone else remains below 10% Numbers I've included are for Dec. 15-16, 11-13, 5-7

We will just have to average them all together.

Gallup's latest national poll, taken from December 11 to 14, shows Howard Dean leading the pack (the two most recent polls, from 12/5-7 and 11/14-16, respectively, in parentheses):

2. Was discussing a Kohut poll today that says the top 4 are all clustered

closely together somewhere in the teens--Dean, Clark, Gep, Kerry I think were the four (not sure about Gep or Lieberman or was it Kerry, Lieberman. This was a post-Gore poll.
Kohut is OK, I worked with him, he's with Pew now. I would trust him more than some other pollsters based on his history.

Everything is very fluid now, according to the person I was talking with.

He also told me that any shifts that are occurring among people on the internet will show up in 2-4 weeks in the general polling....
