CLEVELAND -- Former Cleveland Browns quarterback Bernie Kosar announced on Mike Trivisonno's WTAM-AM/1100 afternoon talk show today that he is endorsing Democrat Joe Cimperman in the upcoming 10th Congressional District primary.
"Yes, Bernie was a football player but now he is a local businessman," Cimperman said. "He wants northeast Ohio to grow and prosper. I'll take the support of our hometown local heroes, residents and business people like Bernie over Hollywood stars any day."
Cimperman is challenging an incumbent Democrat, six-term Congressman Dennis Kucinich in the March 4 Democratic primary, along with North Olmsted Mayor Thomas O'Grady and local activists Rosemary Palmer and Barbara Ferris.
The "Hollywood stars" reference is to the Hollywood actors and actresses, like Sean Penn and Shirley MacLaine, who have endorsed Kucinich in his two unsuccessful runs for U.S. President in 2004 and 2008...

...In the past Kosar has supported such candidates as former Florida Gov. Jeb
Bush, a Republican.

Well that makes it 7 articles now (not counting editorials).
...The number of times sincing knowing, that the Plain Dealer has not mentioned that Cimperman's earlier set of TV ads were false, and easily proven wrong.

Cimperman Is Doing Corporate Work

Boy, they really want to kill him off this time.
It’s like “stick the silver dagger” in the little guy’s heart. Let’s get him once and for all, cry the corporate thugs, the Pee Dee and Brent Larkin.
Some big bucks are out on the street to finally ice the little bugger.
How can one tell? Just take a gander at the money flowing from downtown developers and Cleveland’s elite to Joe Cimperman, the main opponent to incumbent Congressman Dennis Kucinich. They can’t stuff his pockets with enough, as this look at his end of 2007 financial report shows...

He's also on the ballot next week and so he's on the air now running TV ads for his bid for renomination for his Congressional seat. In fact, he dropped his White House bid in part because he was facing serious opposition for the first time. Unlike '04, he may not have had an easy plan B to hold on to while he kept rabble rousing.

Dennis Kucinich is the man that should've been the Democratic nominee. Unfortunately the media via corporate interests are systematically chosing the nominee for us. This is no longer a democracy, but an oligarchial capitalist society. The only hope now; Kucinich 2012.

Cleveland Corporate Media vs. Dennis Kucinich

Cleveland, Ohio's corporate media has passionately opposed the progressive populist efforts of Dennis Kucinich for decades. This week marks the climax of its most ferocious crusade to remove him from Congress.
Unable to be confident of motivating enough Democrats to vote against Kucinich in Tuesday's primary, Clear Channel right wing radio station WTAM (these guys
http://www.wtam.com/pages/personalities/#newsstaff ) is openly encouraging Republicans to participate in the Democratic primary and vote against Kucinich.
My advice to such infiltrators is to take care or they may get stuck with a Republican nominee who believes the world is more than 6,000 years old. Don't risk it, folks. Vote for Huckabee!
Of course, leading the charge against Kucinich is the Cleveland Pain Dealer. Oops, I mean Plain Dealer. Having savaged Kucinich for years in reports and editorial for, among other things, failing to raise more money, the Pain Dealer attacks him in its latest anti-Kucinich editorial (the third in the past week) for having raised too much money:
