DU Flashback...Dec. 1991....
Who the hell does this Arkansas governor think he is?! He has no experience at the national level...no name recognition...

He comes from a small state and article after article shows that he is a right winger posing as a democrat!! We need someone of national importance to talk the Bush administration! Someone like Mario Cummo...he ensures us NY and Cali...then he could nominate someone from Florida as his running mate....

Bush is too popular with his success in Iraq and the American people are not interested in the economy....

This Clinton guy has no chance of winning the nomination, let alone beating Bush!!! He has:

NO FOREIGN POLICY EXPERIENCE

NO NAME RECOGNITION

COMES FROM A SMALL STATE

REPORTS ARE COMING OUT ABOUT HIS PERSONAL LIFE

HAS MADE SOME NASTY ATTACKS AGAINST OTHER DEM CANDIDATES, WE
NEED UNITY IF WE ARE GOING TO FACE THIS POPULAR PRESIDENT

There is no way on heaven or earth that Bill Clinton, the governor of Arkansas will ever be president of the United States...it will be a disaster for the party and the country if this guy is elected!!!!!

Mario Cummo 1992!!!!!

3. but, but
he's a Torjan Hoarse!

I looked into his eyes and saw the devil!

He was reticent about his centrism!

He thinks the ends justify the means!

Some crank in Vermont doesn't like him!

There, I just saved everyone a lot of time. (Sorry, couldn't resist using that one twice).

7. LIke Clinton, K:ucinich will rise above the rest.
Clinton was in 5th place at this time in 1991. He slipped to 6 % poopularity in the polls in October of 1991. Dark horses do much better than those who start out in front and fall back during the election year.

11. Kucinich's campaign style is a lot like Clinton's
He does better than anyone in debates and answering questions that come to him from the floor. Clinton was pretty honest about where he stood on the issues and wanted to do what he felt was best for people. Likewise, Kucinich if the most open and honest about his positions and he wants to help all of America and really listens to those who ask questions.
