9. An extramarital affair. Clinton tapped him to study worldwide terrorism

and he came back 2 1/2yrs. later with the Hart/Rudman report. Bush and Cheney ignored the report which could have prevented 9-11.

He is one of the most astute intellects on world policy and national security. Clinton knew it, and every candidate in the race does, too.

If you try to smear him with an affair from 15 years ago, that says more about you and your principles than it does about Hart.
