Endorsements for Kucinich keep rolling in...Granny D.!!!!
and more:

http://kucinich.us/wesupportdennis.htm
<snip>

Granny D (Doris Haddock) is the unstoppable social change activist, now in her 90s, from the first primary state of New Hampshire. At age 89, she wore out four sets of shoes and was hospitalized in Arizona for dehydration and pneumonia, but she would not be deterred as she marched for campaign reform from California to her triumphant arrival in Washington D.C. 14 months later. Now, she is on the march for Dennis.

"I am proud to endorse Dennis Kucinich for President.

When I walked 3,200 miles across the United States for campaign reform and inquired of people why they were not voting, they said: 'Find us someone who understands us, who cares about us.' I'm talking about people living in trailers, people living in small towns with boarded-up windows on Main Street, with drugstores, grocery stores, hardware stores
all eaten up by Wal-Mart, Costco, CVS Drugs, Home Depot, and other monsters several miles beyond the town. People coming out of farmhouses in Iowa, squeezed out of their livelihood by stinking agri-hog farms, people coming out of tobacco fields, cotton fields, wheat fields, people living in cities who have been out of work for over a year, people whose well-paid jobs have been shipped overseas, people desperate for relief from the oppressions of our corporatized and disempowered lives.

I promised to look for someone who would understand them, that had a vision of the future for them, that believed in Peace, Love, Justice. Well, here he is: Dennis Kucinich.

I believe he is the candidate who can bring new voters and disgruntled voters into the political process.

To those people I met on my walk across America: 'Now keep your promise to me and come out and vote for him! Hugs.'"

And...Arun Gandhi, the grandson of Mahatma Gandhi:
<snip>

"I am happy to support Dennis Kucinich because I believe he is
our only hope. Never before has it been so important that the nation rally around one candidate as today. This nation has been hijacked by
right-wing politicians who are leading us on to certain disaster. Dennis Kucinich, with his progressive policies and love of peace, is the only candidate who can bring us back from the brink."

3. Here's a quote from Crossfire today:
CARLSON: Mr Kucinich, hasn't Howard Dean cut into your support on the activist left?

KUCINICH: Not at all. Actually, I started his campaign four months ago and he's been campaigning for more than a year. I think you are going to see my campaign continue to rise. I ran second in the Internet primary. And we're gaining support all over the country.

9. Nader's Endorsement On Crossfire
NOVAK: You indicated that you think Dennis Kucinich would be a pretty good presidential candidate. Any of the other nine Democrats you think would be a good candidate?

NADER: You want me to rank them?

NOVAK: Just name another one that you think is good.

NADER: It all depends on how strong the base is for the citizens. They're not good, per se, unless they're representing a mass movement. I like John Kerry, for example. I knew him when he came back from Vietnam as a young veteran. The question is how much better would he be if the people were mobilized, if more people voted. And I don't see any of these candidates exciting a lot of people.

NOVAK: Ralph Nader, thank you very much. Appreciate it.

Kucinich will be moving up because true progressives will see that he speaks from his heart with a record in government that shows him to be FOR REAL!

4. add Tom Hayden to the growing list!!
this just in from the campaign newsletter!!!!

:bounce:

TOM HAYDEN is another renowned activist endorsing Kucinich, who he
refers to as "the candidate with the best stands and the best history."
A founder of Students for a Democratic Society in the early 1960s, civil
rights activist, author, leader of the anti-Vietnam War movement and
defendant in the "Chicago 8" trial, Hayden went on to become an
effective California State Assemblyman and Senator for 7-terms. He is a
leading figure and writer in today's peace movement and the movement for
global justice and against sweatshops.

11. It won't be long....
Those claiming Dennis represents them best of all, "but..." They'll have increasing reasons like this to support the clear choice.

You all know who you are. We'll welcome you with open arms whenever you feel most comfortable joining the campaign.

Welcome to the beginning! :)

13. NCOW endorses Kucinich:
http://ncow.us/

<snip>

Eileen Dannemann, the director of the National Coalition of Organized Women, announced today that NCOW will back Dennis Kucinich as the Democratic Party’s presidential nomination. NCOW is a coalition that has provided issue-related support for activist groups and politicians since 1992. “Dennis Kucinich is a man of principle and the one candidate unlikely to compromise,” Dannemann said. “Compromise is only necessary when we polarize around positions rather than seek out the underlying principle. Dennis Kucinich is a man of principles.”

Overcoming the rift between what we love and what we think

Dannemann said that the “most disturbing and potentially debilitating concept” to the success of the Kucinich campaign is “our spirit of compromise.” We love him with our hearts but we want Bush out of the White House. So, maybe we should vote for someone else…someone we think will have a better chance of winning. This split between the heart and the head must be settled at once! In our personal lives as well as in our political ones…it is in the rift between what we love to do and what we think we must do in order to achieve a desired outcome, that we sabotage ourselves.

Dannemann is convinced that Kucinich can win against Bush—“If our collective intention and attention remains unwavering, strong and one pointed, we can participate in a quantum leap, a sudden phase transition that will be described in the history books as a miracle”. Dannemann also emphasized that the outdated “left/right political polarity has distracted us from the Truth entirely too long. There is no light at the end of the left/right tunnel.”

21. Facts will get us there.
I'll take this as a good sign. The more energy DK's campaign generates, the more scrambling to get something...anything...but we can get the truth out!
