Phillip Matier, Andrew Ross

Judging by the very public face he's been showing lately -- touring the Southern California fire areas and even appearing alongside Arnold Schwarzenegger at the opening of a relief center -- you just might think Gov. Gray Davis was considering another run for office.

And you might be right.

According to administration insiders, the soon-to-be ex-governor doesn't seem to have ruled out the idea of another campaign -- even half-joking to agency heads that he might run for governor again in three years.

After all, it's something he's technically eligible to do, since his second term is being cut short.

1. what a joke
You have got to be kidding me. When Davis was thrown out of office, he had an approval rating that was higher than only Nixon's during Watergate, sinking to around approx 27% How could you possibly imagine, or want to imagine, Davis getting onto a ticket and actually getting people to listen to him?

2. See the emoticons
I was rather shocked by this article. If Davis is re-nominated, we're DOOMED.

4. Davis' Ratings...
... had actually dipped into the high teens at some point before the recall. If he attempts this, I will then KNOW he's delusional. Some people ya gotta hit over the head with an oar!
