ABC NOTE: Dean emerging as likely candidate of AFSCME

The note had this intriguing tidbit in it today. Could AFSCME and SEIU work togther? It is likely that Service Employees International Union will endorse Dean today and it is looking like the American Federation of State, County, & Municipal Workerss (AFSCME) may also be eyeing endorsing Dean in the next couple of weeks. "Sources close to the union say Dean is looking likely to be the candidate of choice."

AFSCME gave a big boost to Bill Clinton in '92 and has 1.3 million members. This will be interesting to watch.
