LOL -- Clark's "conservative" base
Wesley Clark's site is sponsoring a zipcode campaign drive. If your zipcode makes the most donations, Clark will visit it. The drive is still in its nascent stage, but the two zipcodes currently duking it out belong to Greenwich Village in Manhattan and Park Slope in Brooklyn. Two right-wing strongholds. ;)

3. It was said with a smile
Greenwich Village and Park Slope are no right-wing strongholds. :)

Neither is the Columbia University area, which, if I am remembering correctly, might be the next zipcode on the list.

I know I've had trouble conveying sarcasm before.

8. I live in Park Slope
These were the stats for my City Council election this past Tuesday:

73.1 percent Dem
18.5 percent Green
8.4 percent Republican (aw, the poor things)

For a guy whose supporters are supposedly faux Democrats, Clark seems to have admirers in the strangest places.

(Now I'll wink again.)

;)
