Who is going to run in the open seat in CA for the Dems? I know it rings Sacramento, and then goes rural, is a traditional Republican area, but not winger. Any possible contenders? Heck, anyone here want to run?

According to dcpoliticalreport.com he is a financial consultant who is running for the open seat. He is the only candidate listed there so far. He doesn't really have a website, so I don't know if he is any good or not.
