Luminous X!! What happened?
I've been following your decision making process. The chart is cute,

Hence:

But what happened? You said your candidate of choice needed to be an elected (and relected) official at first, which took Clark out of consideration. Now I see Clark's in the Yellow Zone and Kucinich is in the Red. What turned you around on Clark's disqualification?

I also seem to recall that Dean was out of the running for a spell (didn't he have a little red X over his face?) but now is back in. Did he remind you of just why it is that you have a Rebel flag in the back of your pick up? :)

1. I like that little chart too!
I check it whenever I see it, to see if I agree or not! :P So far, I like the way LuminousX thinks...... ;)

2. Dean said he was willing to reach out to me and my rebel flag
and it was a sudden revelation of how my hatred of federalism was wrong.

Actually I got to the point where I couldn't vote for any of them. Then new evidence came in from New Hampshire that Dean isn't as polarizing as I originally believed. So instead of just dropping Dean because of the extreme hostility here, I put him in the maybe category.

Clark got put back in reluctantly, mainly out of respect for how he handled the flag flap.

Kucinich was removed because he was a few positions I out right disagree with. I do not agree with repealing NAFTA and I do not agree with his Iraq proposal.

3. Well Luminous- you will soon be back to favorably considering Kucinich

Very impressive... Just snooped around a little on you with the trail you left and I must say I am very impressed.

If everyone took the time to research analyze and weigh way you do, we would not be in the mess we're in (I'm not talking about just the Primaries).

Kudos to you. I look forward to peeping at your thoughts from time to time.

I am in no mood right now to take up NAFTA with you because today is a personally depressing day but I hope you will take the time to ask Kucinich supporters why they agree with his stance. My support for his NAFTA position is based on having lived in other First, Second and Third World countries and seeing the absolute, machiavellic havoc that our aggressive exploitation has caused to other countries and people.

Good luck in your quest and thanks for being one of the few vocal ones who is honestly evaluating & non-partisan (well, this is my impression from having scanned your site).

Peace

On edit: I believe you will soon be back to favorably considering Kucinich because of the depth of his ideas. There's not a singe issue out there that he doesn't have a sincere, believable and praiseworthy stance on. You may have to dig deeper and talk more with his supporters to get over some of your reservations but after years of following most of these people while closely and honestly scrutinizing them- Kucinich was the only one left standing in the madness.

The only reason someone as thoughtful as you would not back Kucinich would be for ideological reasons I would simply have to respect.

Congratulations. I wish more people took your approach.

Peace

On second edit: And damn Luminous, the only reason I navigated that maze is because I wanted to get to that jpg and see if I could use it. Don't send me back to that interesting maze, I'll go back soon enough. Just tell me if/where I can avail of that indicator jpg. Thanks

4. Possibly
The 'lights' only indicate my preference as of today. That may change as new information comes in and I am always willing to re-evaluate.

If you want the graphic you can just download it from here (right click on it, save as, etc.), but there isn't anything dynamic about it yet. I'm planning on tying it to a web backend so I can update it on the fly, but that is neither here nor there.

5. Thanks. I'll either swipe it from you or make a new one in Photoshop
My little dots might not line up the same way yours do for a while ;)

Peace
