Jeeze, it's all so pathetic. There is now a "Draft McCain" blog on Blogspot. forgive the quotes...

George W. Bush has been a disaster for the nation, the world, and the Grand Old Party. Bush is not a conservative. He's not a liberal. He's an alien, come to snatch the party away and waft it off to a place that Barry Goldwater and Ronald Reagan would never recognize.

Music to my ears, but of course this won't go anywhere. OTOH, if they did pull McCain out of the "naughty boy" closet and nominated him, we'd all be in for a ride.

1. Well, it seems we might throw them a little support!
Wouldn't that just cook Bush's goose?

3. Great....let's encourage it!
This guy might truly understand that Bush could end up destroying the Republican Party unless the moderates start taking their Party back...

4. I just went to McCain's online forum

And told him I support him running for president... and the thing is I'm not lying, I respect McCain and would support him if he became President. I don't like that Bush shit all over his patriotism and his Cancer vote back in 2000.

6. Even if McCain would have more of a chance to beat the Dem. nominee...
It would be better if he, not Bush, were the Republican nominee.
Bush must be defeated. More power to the McCain drafters.
We should reach out to them with messages of support and an appeal for bipartisan cooperation at the grassroots level.

Is there any kind of united against bush bi(or multi)partisan webpage out there already?
