Got this from another group earlier today. For those of you who are not up on this issue, last December Margie Shoedinger filed a complaint against George W. Bush alleging multiple counts of rape. It was a remarkable compaint for a layperson to file. Not too many individuals who had undergone the ordeal she had undergone would have done as articulate a job on such a complaint. The complaint alleged facts, which if true, would establish that Bush wanted her silent and dead. It accused him of causing the death of their child. For months, she had been harrassed but had held to her accounting of the incidents alleged in her complaint. Although she filed in pro per, she was later represented by attorneys. The only major news media to cover the rape case was Provda. The writer of the Provda article believed that that charges were true.
Many Democats asked why our party did not push this matter and demand a full investigation. Many Democats were afraid that Bush would have Margie killed if we ignored it. Now Margie is dead and, along with her, proof of the type of person Bush really is. Perhaps it's time that we took responsibility for our own lack of vigilance in the deaths of Margie and a great many others who have opposed Bush and died.
Why didn't the Democratic Party launch a full-scale investigation into the deaths of Paul Wellstone, Jim Carnahan, Jim Hatfield and Baxter (the informant who shot himself from fifty feet away)? The last thing Hatfield did before his supposed suicide was name Karl Rove as his source on Bush's 1982 Harris County cocaine arrest.
Maybe we need to now worry about people like Dennis Kucinich, Greg Palast and others whom Bush considers a threat. Personally, I think that anyone who is exposing Bush for what he is should get lots of security. We cannot let Margie die and not ask questions. If we just let this drop, we will be responsible for the next person who opposes Bush and dies.

Subject: Woman who filed sexual assault lawsuit against bush confirmed dead, cause of death listed as "gunshot wound to head"
I finally got some confirmation from an obit in the Houston Chronicle that
Margie Schoedinger, the woman who filed a sexual assault lawsuit against Bush
last year, died in September. I called the Harris County Medical Examiner's
office, which lists her cause of death as a "gunshot wound to the head" and
"suicide." Anyone versed in CIA/Mafia lingo knows that "suicide" sometimes means
"murder" or at least carries with it some pressure to commit suicide by outside
parties, such as those against whom that person has filed a lawsuit. I'm not yet
saying this is a murder - you draw your own conclusion.
When I talked to Schoedinger in July she sounded in good health. She was only
38. It's another weird tragedy surrounding the bush administration - and this
one has received NO mention from the media.
