Remember when...Quinnipiac Poll November 2002
http://www.quinnipiac.edu/x3885.xml

Wonder what all of these prognosticators predicting doom for Howard Dean were predicting for Howard Dean when polls showed this:

"Now I'm going to name eight Democrats who might run for president in 2004. After I read all eight names, tell me which one you would most like to see theDemocrats nominate for president in 2004. Here are the choices...Former Vice President Al Gore, New York Senator Hillary Rodham Clinton, Senate Democratic leader Tom Daschle, Connecticut Senator Joe Lieberman, Massachusetts Senator John Kerry, Missouri Congressman Dick Gephardt, North Carolina Senator John Edwards, or Vermont Governor Howard Dean?"

Al Gore 32

Hillary Clinton 22

Tom Daschle 11

Joe Lieberman 8

John Kerry 8

Dick Gephardt 8

John Edwards 4

Howard Dean -

2. Since the MOE was +/- 3%
Who knows, he might have been in negative territory.

One other interesting item, Kerry, Lieberman, Gep & Edwards are all at about the same place in national polls.

It has been a strange year.

3. Amen to that
I knew from the start way back in early 2002 when Dean threw his name in the hat that he would be elected President of the United States!!!

Dont let all the inside the belway talk get anyone down, Lieberman, Kerry, and Edwards are in it for the blackmail. Its a facade, and Dean's nomination process began the day Jeffords defected.
