1. He has my vote in the primary.
But I predict I will be voting for Dean or Kerry against Bush in the end.

2. He shows up to do his job.
He takes his job seriously; when we elect him, he is there to do the job we elected him to do.

Who wouldn't want to know that when someone promises to do a job, they show up to do it?

I'm an elementary school teacher. I have the best attendance record on my school site. The only days I take off are school business days involving committee meetings, and those are few and far between. And when I'm at our district office in a meeting, the sub always has my cell # for instant support when needed.

I haven't had a sick day in years and years. My yearly allotment of sick leave just keeps rolling over. It's somewhere around 120 days now; more than half of a school year.

Could you imagine me taking those days to travel around the country interviewing for a position with different school districts, and leaving the kids to deal with a sub until I found another job?

When your child is in my class, you know that I am there for him/her.

We expect that from a teacher. We don't all expect that from our politicians. Do you appreciate commitment, integrity, and dependability? Show it with your vote.

3. Dean skipped out on his last year as governor
Kerry and Graham missed the last big vote in the Senate.

6. Yes, but Dean RESIGNED...he didn't continue to draw a paycheck
while campaigning. There IS a difference.
