O'Reilly claims that his call for a boycott of Canada
will cause Armaggedon for Canadians. He had a Canadian sychophantic woman (Rhondi Adamson) on. I've never heard of her. She agreed, of course. She is the type of Canadian that makes the rest of us cringe.

He also said that both the Globe and Mail and the CBC are awful. He seems to be pissed off that Fox is not allowed in Canada "to balance things out".

How delusional is this guy? Does he actually think that anyone finds his blow hard views to be unbiased? He calls his radio show the 'no spin zone' while he spins like Linda Blair in The Excorcist.

Why does this asshole have any credibility at all?

How are people like this possible?

2. Why should we boycott Canada?
Because they won't air faux news? Shit, we should reward them somehow.

3. Two deserters are presently in Canada
seeking refugee status. Their case is under review. O'Reilly says 'send 'em back or else'. I quake to think of the soul crushing impact of the wrath of O'Reilly.

I can't imagine what an O'Reilly boycott would do to the Canadian economy. You saw what it did to Pepsi?

6. I use to love Pepsi
sniff sniff. I miss it so much. I really wish he hadn't utterly destroyed it.

He actually did say that it would mean Armaggedon for Canada if he calls for a boycott.

When it doesn't make a dent, he'll make up a non existant source to back up his claims.

8. Canadian Artist Canvas
I will continue to order and use them, The quality and cost is unmatched to anything commercially available here.

Now that I know O'Reily wants me to boycott Canada because they won't show FAUX , I am more likely to order more.

Someday I may have to move to Canada. As Faux news is spreading it's right-wing agenda to all the US media like Syphilis.

9. So... by O'Liely's logic, satanists should be invited to preach with
ministers..."to achieve 'balance'..."

and perhaps witch doctors should be allowed to join Aetna and practice their medicine...for "balance"

They actually offer a balanced, rational, even-handed and unbiased perspective on news and current affairs. We can’t have that in O’Reilly land can we?

14. i find the whole boycott thing hilarious
In the book "The O'Really? Factor" from FAIR, they point out that his "boycott" of France did nothing. He claimed "The Paris Business Review said that several billion dollars were lost" or something like that. This "Paris Business Review" DOESNT EXIST. To reiterate, how can people take this guy seriously?

Besides it gets mighty cold up here in the winter and would love to see a surplus of oil and gas.

He's a right-wing media whore as well. Right-wing punditry is all about sinking to new lows with the kind of glibness that appeals to extremists. There's a lot of money in it too.

Bill should be taken off the air and put to clean missile silos for the rest of his pathetic life.

<snip>

My First (and Last) Time With Bill O'Reilly
By David Cole

It started innocuously enough. On Monday, June 21, a producer from Fox News' "The O'Reilly Factor" called to ask me to appear as a guest that evening to comment on a front-page story in the New York Times claiming that the Bush Administration had overstated the value of intelligence gained at Guantanamo and the dangers posed by the men detained there. I'm generally not a fan of shout-television, and I had declined several prior invitations to appear on O'Reilly's show, but this time I said yes. Little did I know it would not only be my first time, but also my last.

33. ...and he goes on and on and on and on.....
I am really starting to dislike Mr. O'Reilly and the rubbish coming out pf his pie-hole.
Did you all see the Talking Points Memo on FOX News today? I don't know what world that man lives in, but it seems the guy has less sense of reality than a cat on acid...

<snip>

The Most Ridiculous Item of the Day

Time now for "The Most Ridiculous Item of the Day"...

It's Bastille Day (search) in France, where they celebrate their independence. And we hope everybody over there has a good time. We, of course, cannot participate in the celebration with the French because we're boycotting French goods and services.

35. just wondering
what would happen if we were to all call in one day and harass o'reilly.

seriously if we were to pick a day and organize a mass DU attack of the o'reilly factor... hundreds of people prepared with notes on his lies and deceptions asking about the Paris Business Review" he could cut a few of us, or tell us to "shut up," but hundreds of us. the more people the greater the chances of us actually getting on the air revealing him for the idiot that he is. with that many people he'd probably be seeing the cardiologist.
