Why media is left by a right wing book writer. (A crock condensed)
The media is left because instead of focusing on poor people stealing small amounts of money, the media focused on rich people stealing large amounts of money.
(Above is my condensation)

Listening to Terry Gross Fresh Air interview with Richard Viguerie, right wing supporter, book author:
"America's Right Turn: How Conservatives Used New and Alternative Media to Take Power"

Terry asked why he believes the media is left wing, this guy goes on for about a hundred words in order to bamboozle, but, the crux of his argument was that Walter Cronkite would choose which stories to run (true) and he would choose to run stories about military waste rather than social program cheats.

Of course, he was not called on it.

1. And how many years ago was
Walter's last broadcast? Sounds like Viguerie needs to get over it. Time to move on, etc.

2. Terry probably felt the Cronkite reference was such old news
that it wasn't worth the time to bother with it.

She is not above calling out anyone when she feels like it

3. Nobody calls these guys making long uncomprehended statements.
Terry can. But, every CON gets away with these overly long overly convoluted statements. It is very irritating to me that they get to restate their lies and have the lies become truth to the unwitting listeners.

4. tee hee, maybe Terry is content to let the long
incomprehendible statments speak for themselves, as in "how much of an idiot can one person be?"
Although she did jump on him when he went off on the descecration of the Eucharist by gays in St Patrick's and she called him on that...

5. I thought it was a very revealing interview
When he backpedaled on the "fear of" gays and sex motivate people more then the desire for good government thought I would split a gut!
