1. Yes, I was so mad, I deleted it.

I'm cancelling my service today.

I got an XM My-Fi, and it is fantastic, through abesofmaine.com.

I can carry the whole setup from car to car.

And the indoor home antenna is fantastic.

So, Sirius, bye-bye. If you figure out what I thought from my many emails, I don't have time to fill out your survey.

2. Good for you! I guess there is just no hope that stupid Sirius "gets" it.

I have some quick talking to do to convince my other half to eat the cost of 2 car units, etc.

I never heard of abesofmaine before, thanks, I will check them out.

3. Yes, the unit is listed at $299 on various sites.

My total cost was $215 - period.

Complete kit arrived on time (basic unit, home stuff, car stuff, and walking-around-stuff).

Everything is working superbly.

When I called to cancel - after going through 300 menu options - I told the gal that I was cancelling. She asked why. I told her that they had lost Air America, and that I was a 47-year-old mom, who was not a 'Howard' fan. She asked if I had checked out Sirius Left; I told her that I had. It was not satisfactory. She apologized, and deactivated my unit.
