CNN's Candy Crowley and Joe Klein... |
|
...on Paula's show. I am disturbed by the discourse. Why is Gore always "desperate", and so on?

Who said he was desperate and why? It is disturbing that they would say that about him...that was a hella strong speech.

and his "need" (like Hillary's) to be in the spotlight. I don't get it.

...that you might find qualities about her reporting or sucking-up to the Administration that you don't like and focus on those instead of her weight?
I don't like Candy Crowley either, but really, would it be possible to raise the level of discourse?
Thanks.

the tv and radio reporters of today are a sorry lot,it seems they all have their own agenda, real newspersons the likes Eric Severeid,Huntley & Brinkley and the top Dawg Walter Conkrite are sorely missed.

that honest debate is written off in this manner. Isn't it possible that Gore genuienly believes that the Patriot Act is a faulty piece of legislation that is being abused? What gives them the right to act like f*cking mind readers and pass judgment on his thoughts and intentions? It supposed to be a news program...

5. Who could possibly characterize Gore as desperate? |
|
I know, the question answers itself; it's rhetorical.
Maybe someone needs to remind Ms. Crowley that Al Gore isn't running for office, nor is he applying for a job of any sort. He's not trying to curry favor with anyone. No one has any hold at all on Al Gore, which makes him both effective and dangerous against this administration and their little yes-people in the media.

6. Three whores--that's why |
|
That's the lazy-ass whore script on Gore--he doesn't know who he is, he has to reinvent himself all the time, blah, blah, blah, blah. That story-line has been so thoroughly discredited, and the press misbehavior during the 2000 campaign so thoroughly exposed, that these three are either so God-awful lazy that they haven't read anything in over 3 years (probably Klein's excuse) or they are GOP hacks who eagerly, obsequiously participate in the GOP Big Lie du jour (for sure, Crowley and Zahn).
