Rush says the Bank said to take 9,900 withdrawels - rather than 10,000, since under 10,000 is not reported to the gov.

Ok the Bank is also guilty - but I do not see how this defense makes Rush innocent.

If he were black or just a Dem, or just union, or making union type wages, he'd be behind bars already.

I hate to appear to defend this guy about anything, but I've always had a problem with this business about assuming anyone with more than $10,000 in cash is dealing. Just more annoying bullshit from the lost war on drugs.

Quite frankly, I don't think it's anybody's business why anyone is walking around with a big wad like that, least of all the government's. They know the money was earned legally and taxes were paid, so what's their problem?

If they're going to get him on handling truckloads of pills, get him on that-- the rest is chickenshit.
