I'm watching Grade A Journalism on TV right now

I am watching Clarence Page right now on a show called Front and Center. It is not flashy or sensationalist - just your traditional show where they discuss issues - I repeat - ISSUES - that are important to the community. The show is a rerun, but I really am enjoying it. He is talking about the media bias and how so called experts - ranging from Michelle Malkin, to Ann Coulter, to Sean Hannity - seem to have the knowledge base to comment on basically everything.

He also talks about his life story and how he served in Germany and has been working with African journlists to create a better understanding between Africa and the US.

Does anyone know about this show and the channel that it is on?

It's produced by the University of Maryland, which is also where American Journalism Review originates. Don't know if it's syndicated, but it's broadcast via the university's cable station to suburban Washington.
