I hope I heard this right (maybe not, because my MiL kept interrupting), but Lou had a report on the new Iraq Resolution that * introduced at the UN this week. The lady reporter doing the story just couldn't help whoring for *. She characterized the opposition of France, Russia, Germany and others to the resolutions *current* wordings as, get this, "last minute bargaining points."

Last minute? Last MINUTE? The fucking resolution was presented to the UN FOUR DAYS AGO!! Just how quickly is the rest of the world supposed to react to bushco's politics? Hell, this is an administration that let the Taguba report languish in the inbox for MONTHS before reading it. Some of them - like that asshole Myers - didn't read the thing at all! But according to the whores at CNN, if the bushies put something forward - latest UN resolution, Patriot Act, whatever - it better be rubber-stamped without even a cursory examination.

This portrayal of our Euro allies is in keeping with the "money grubbing contract seekers" meme that the RW hauls out whenever anyone outside of the USA wants in on the Iraq action.

The propaganda is now so ingrained in the media that I wonder if they even realize what they're doing...and how transparent it all is.

About CNN that does whore for Bunnypants. But Lou is a conflicted person, on one hand he is a conservative yet he has some concern for the average person. Don't be so harsh on him, after all no one is perfect. There are many other big fish to fry....

Yeeeeeessssss, you be sure and hurry up there... don't read the fine print... just sign on the dotted line... mebbe you will get some crumbs after we are through. This whole thing has been a nightmare from the getgo. Like we weren't doing bidness with Satan for all these years.... the hypocrisy just boggles the mind.

Knocked France, Germany, and Russia right out of their contracts with Iraq we did... that musta hurt a bit.... I find this to be so much more about $$ that any sort of terrorism issue... but then that's just me and about 110 million other Americans... then there was that little thing about the taking of Euros instead of dollars for their oil... As far as Lou goes.... he really does seem to genuinely care about what is happening to the American worker these days... he sure does keep their feet to the fire on outsourcing.....
