according to Tom Daschle on the right-leaning (AKA anti-dem) Clear Channel Station WTAM-1100 in Cleveland, Ohio this morning.

As the morning man Bill Wills tried to do an attack on the Bush Judge issues, Daschle pointed out that 167 judges had been approved/considered by the Senate, and that there had only been the few cases of filibustering by the Dems.
