Use the Trust Fund for SBA/Student Loans etc?
Instead of a 'lock box' where the Trust Fund sits idle, or in government notes that the Rethugs keep trying to defraud, why not put the Trust Fund surpluses back into the places where they will benefit the American people, especially working people, the most. Like student loans, SBA loans and low interest loans for low to middle income first time homeowners?

Because investing the Payroll Taxes of workers into Wall Street where a good share will go to companies investing to cut labor costs by offshoring seems (like most Republican schemes) wrong, un-American, and shortsightedly self-destructive.
