The "Stimulus package" will not work.
A failure to pass it will cause a slight down-bump.
Passing it will cause a slight uptick but after the temporary crack-high of consumer spending (maybe more like a cigarette) the market will continue to fall again.

All the profits from last have been shot.
If we could be back to having horrible financial news reported every couple of weeks or so instead of every couple of days, we may be nearing the bottom.

on monthly charts, weekly charts, daily charts, trend lines, previous swing lows, .61 fibonacci retracement of previous decline
of course, the market can and will do just about anything, at any time - there are no rules
but there are, tendencies
