Well, that's the IMF Survey title, describing the IMF's World Economic Outlook.

Figure 2, pretty much sums up the situation.....cliff diving

2. Compared to this, the dot.com crash...
(I assume that's the dip around 2000/2001) looks like a walk in the park.
The graph stops at Nov 08, I wonder whether the decline rate is still -30 to -45.
