* admin punts on Polar Bear decision...
WASHINGTON, Jan 7 (Reuters) - The United States delayed a
decision on whether global warming threatens polar bears,
saying on Monday new data and public comment required more
time. Environmentalists vowed to sue for quicker action.
The deadline for deciding whether to list the big white
bears as threatened under the Endangered Species Act is
Wednesday but Dale Hall, head of the U.S. Fish and Wildlife
Service, told reporters it would take as much as a month more
to analyze all the information.

(I don't have a link...this is fresh off the wire)

1. Right first they have to have a scientific report stating the exact day and hour the ice will melt.
Only then will their be enough evidence to convince dim son and his criminal cabal.

4. You'd be surprised
That's really not too far off from Julie MacDonald's policies with the agency, and based on a fairly recent Solicitor's opinion on the definitions of a few key terms in the Act, I get the feeling her legacy will stick with the agency for some time.

3. they better do something. the bears are in places they don't belong
and they're getting shot. polar bears are smart. they will hunt you and do it well. when they ease up on seals, they cover their nose with their paw when they are spotted to make sure they aren't seen. someone just shot one the other day at a village. I dread the future for them.

5. Best to wait until they're all gone before deciding.
It eliminates the uncertainty.
