Who's following "Dumped"? It's like Survivor in a landfill, but they need to show
how we throw away things that are still perfectly usable or reclaimable.

1. I'm watching it
I saw the first two episodes and only caught the last 10 minutes last night. I didn't understand the apparent blow up they had (I saw the young girl crying, but didnt' understand what over, exactly.) What were they fighting about?

I thought it was kinda mean they took away the porta potties though. We do have ways to dispose of waste. Some Paleolithic cultures used to cover their latrines with ash and lime (according to the Earth's Children series. )

It is interesting though. I could probably do it if I had to, but since I'm living in the country, I'm only used to my local germs, not everyone's at the same time.

2. I only saw last night's epi but the model was crying because Selena and
the footballer had it out. He hates being nagged and she thinks he's selfish and isn't pulling his weight. Apparently the younger girl is very sensitive to conflict.

3. Yeah, she looks like
not one to last in that kind of environment. But I could be wrong.

Whenever I watch something like this, it's kinda hard for me to relate to people very well who don't know how to for example build shelter from found materials. or start a fire for cooking. I can't jury rig plumbing though. I'd have to look to someone else for that.

Do people just not learn these kinds of life skills anymore?

4. I live in the country, but I am not sure how well I would fare myself. As you say
I don't really use those skills really any more than a city dweller might. And maybe even less! LOL
