7. Why everything...
It's about poverty.

Since nuclear energy is the least expensive and safest form of energy, anyone who is truly involved in poverty can understand why we need nuclear energy.

For everybody else, there's $50,000 solar toys with bad toxicological profiles and, of course, Tesla electric cars.

8. Haiti can afford an $8 billion nuclear reactor - and a spent fuel repository?
That's just plain stupid.

10. Actually, this is another example of how little nuclear energy can contribute

No nuclear energy is needed to run these toilets,
unlike the nuclear-powered toilets in New Jersey.
The statement that "nuclear energy is the least expensive and safest form of energy" is simply false,
nuclear energy is one of the most expensive forms of energy:

Best headline of the year from World Nuclear News

“Money no object for Indian reactor plans”

That is certainly the attitude you need to have if you’re planning to build a bunch of nukes:

* Turkey’s only bidder for first nuclear plant offers a price of 21 cents per kilowatt-hour
* Exclusive analysis, Part 1: The staggering cost of new nuclear power
* Warning to taxpayers, investors — Part 2: Nukes may become troubled assets, ruin credit ratings
* The Self-Limiting Future of Nuclear Power
* Nuclear meltdown in Finland

3. Nice!
That is inspiring, and if anyone needs something like this, it is the long-suffering people of Haiti.

5. Wonderful, wonderful. This is what the world is really about, not suit and tie criminals who have
robbed us and the Haitians blind.

Do you know that big companies moved into Haiti and took over Haiti even before the U.S. and France evaporated Aristede? They installed leaders who were basically hatchet man - the kind with the sharp, cutting edge and lotza guns.

They're killing three birds with one stone: improving human health, improving crop fertility, and decreasing environmental pollution.
