Ontario’s Green Energy Act just became law, marking a major policy shift for the largest provincial economy in Canada towards renewable energy.

Rather than staying the course with conventional power, the province concluded a greater emphasis on renewable energy and conservation could meet future energy demands up to 32% cheaper.
