EPA Biologist Bruce Boler Resigns In Protest re: Wetlands
Here's a link to Democracy Now who had Mr. Boler on today. In the discussion w/ Amy Goodman - he said there is fear & intimidation now at the EPA. He would not name, names - but when she asked is it "the White House", he said yes.

Short listen, maybe 7 minutes....

In his resignation letter, Bruce Boler writes: “Ultimately, the politics in Southwest Florida have proven to be stronger than the science…I have worked assiduously in the last three years to develop an evaluation that would discourage development in wetlands (no pollutant source) and provide a means to sustain the unique quality of life that this region offers with its abundant aquatic resources. I fear that my efforts may have, inadvertently, strengthened the very forces that are intent on developing these resources.”

1. Yet he won't name names.

Why won't these people name names?

Do you know how many congress critters know the exact contents of those blackened 28 pages in the 9/11 report (including Graham).

I would go to prison for my country. They are all a bunch of cowards. Do the congress critters lose their lucrative congressional pensions if they are convicted of this one thing: revealing classified info?

But - I am grateful that this man at least spoke out.

2. There is a "Whistle-Blower Act" ... ... but I don't think it works
The record is pretty sad.
