Today, Chairmen Henry A. Waxman and Bart Stupak sent a letter to Tony Hayward, Chief Executive Officer of BP, prior to his testifying before the Committee, detailing the questions the investigation has raised about BP decisions in the days and hours before the Deepwater Horizon explosion.
