McConnell says GOP willing to compromise on energy |
|
In a speech to the Heritage foundation he mentioned clean coal and nucular energy as possible areas of cooperation. It's going to be a long 2 years.

3. Hell its been a long 2 days. |
|
I dread the insanity and worry that this will be even more damage to us as a society and possibly wider damages.
We will continue our own evil plans of energy efficiency with the eye to at least 90% or more of our own juice, be it solar heat/water/pv or wood stove.
It has been a long time since I cooked on wood, but I could manage with some practice. I also plan to build a solar oven/furnace too. I look forward to the day when I can call up the power co and tell them to come cut the cord. For the foreseeable future I guess its a gasoline car though. I ll keep touting efficient use of resources from recycling to not buying disposable plastic stuff.

4. "Big Oil" has lost credibility with the US public |
|
BP's Gulf of Mexico Blow Out. BP Lap Dog Joe Barton's defense of BP Valero-Tesoro's "Prop 23" ran behind Carly Fiorina in CA.
When you get past the Tea Party crowd -- "Big Oil" has no credibility!
