Anyone fancy a flutter for Northeast Canada?
These graphs together make me wonder if we're going to even see a total freeze this winter.

So what say you?

I'll put a bottle of Laphroaig on .9 for Hudson Bay and .7 for Baffin.

1. I watch the CBC News pretty much daily, because it's on our cable in Michigan......

...... and there's a story pretty much every day about how crazy warm it's been in Atlantic Canada this season.

3. WE've dipped down to single digits at night here in a Maine a few times, but during the
day it's been around 30. I even went for a walk this afternoon wearing a jacket instead of a winter coat.

Not as bad as a few years ago, though, when I could walk around in just a tee shirt. Sounds like you guys are getting that sort of weather this year.

4. It was a little colder today. Still I didn't put my gloves on. It has mostly been just below
freezing here.

5. Yeah, it's mid-January and we have had almost nothing but rain in St. John's.
I can remember a few years ago there would be snow banks twice my height by now.

7. I think you're gonna end up with a Pai Gow Poker "push."
You'll probably win the Hudson "hand," but kiss the Baffin one goodbye.

We just need to stay the course!

In a wide stance.

While putting food on our families.
