I am surprised noone here is talking about Concert SOS!!!!!

Save Our Selves (SOS) aims to connect people around the world with seven concerts on seven continents on 7/7/07, to create a global community with a single environmental vision and purpose.

Can we priortize this message? Concert SOS is going to be HUGE and spotlight climate change. We are talking about reaching 2 BILLION people! How many posts here are about global warming? Seems to be everyone should be behind this...

The concerts will implement a new Green Event Standard that will become the model for carbon neutral concerts and other live events in the future. The Green Event Standard is being developed in partnership with the U.S. Green Building Commission to create a way for venues to be LEED-approved.
