Stable Iraq, so exit: "jobs for all" program needed |
|
our military said the Sader City unrest is fueled by over fifty percent joblessness
IED's are placed now, by abundant poor jobless hired to place them for fifty bucks. If No jobless, few would do it for hire.
So a large chunk of stabilizing Iraq would be put in place with a Jobs for All program.
For details on how such plans work, see the serious site in my sig.. aimed at the US jobless, but generalizable to iraq as well.
site advised by Harvard's Galbraith, Clinton's Robert Reich S of Labor... by 2 Nobel prizewinners, the Archbishop of milwaukee, etc.

1. That's where the BIG mistake was made. |

We shoulda just pumped the cash in there for jobs. Kept the whole army on the payroll to help rebuild.
But the war was done by a small government conservative that doesn't even believe in creating any jobs over here. If we would have thrown a lot of cash around we would have been much more well received in the period after we had stopped fighting the Iraq army and we might not have had to fight the second war against the jihadists.
