Doctors do brain surgery on wrong man

Budapest - An 80-year-old Hungarian man was on life support yesterday after doctors mistakenly performed brain surgery on him thinking he was another patient.

Local media reported that the doctors, in the town of Szeged, realised that the man's diagnosis had been mixed up with that of another patient only when the operation was under way.

lawyers whose hovering presence made the doctors so nervous that they could not concentrate on what they were doing. Ban frivolous lawsuits. Doctors are only human. And don't tell John Edwards. He'll drop everything and rush over to go after the medical evildoer.
