1. It's too bad the website is full of "untruths."

I guess he can't be bothered with the truth. For the truth, check out www.AWbansunset.com.

2. Like Kucinich isn't a mjor presidential candidate
Oh wait he is not in the same league as Dean and Clark.

Gephardt was right about that (both and Dennis have cosponsored AWB bill)

3. Sounds good to me
And every Democratic candidate (except possibly LaRouches) feel the same...even Dr. Dean has urged that the ban be strengthened and renewed.

But then they wish to appeal to sane voters.

4. Howard Dean and the AWB
Where has Dean advocated expanding/strengthening the ban? I've missed that one, and I don't see it on his website. You might be right, but I've only heard him advocate renewal.

"But then they wish to appeal to sane voters."

Insults are apparently all you have to offer. It's a shame you never learned better manners.

6. Hahahahahaha...
I'll let Dr, Dean's spokesperson answer this one:

"Sarah Leonard said Dean has raised the issue of assault weapons many times on the presidential campaign trail.
"Governor Dean has always supported a ban on assault weapons," Leonard said. "To suggest otherwise is to peddle a pack of untruths, and Iowans don't appreciate dishonesty.""

Nor do many sane voters. It's why they also support the assault weapons ban.

8. Just as I suspected.
Apparently you "stretched" the truth. Dean supports renewing, not expanding or "strengthening," the current federal ban on "assault weapons."

10. Bush...
doesn't really support the ban..he just said that, knowing at the time Dems didn't have the votes to renew it. It would be his worst nightmare, in terms of his base, to sign a renewal. That's why Delay is running point on this one...he's been very vocal that a renewal wont' pass.
