Ought to be more fun than watching the R's set themselves on fire.

2. I would advise both pro and anti-gun people to watch and comment...
It should be an interesting show if it doesn't have an agenda.

Fortunately I do have Showtime.

4. Review at link within..

How dare a television show portray gun owners as anything but drooling, neo-Nazi killing machines?

Showtime’s new six-part reality series, Lock ‘N Load, lets gun owners speak for themselves for a change. The series, which debuts Wednesday night, focuses on a Colorado gun shop where everyone from gun nuts to gun-totin’ grandmas comes by to reload.

The series doesn’t take a stand on gun ownership. It simply lets the store’s more colorful customers make their own cases, all egged on by “gunslinger” Josh T. Ryan.

I just caught it on DVR- kinda lame, but I don't seriously judge any show by it's first couple of episodes.

The host / salesman seems a bit over the top for a gun salesman from my experience, but it _is_ a tv show.

One vignette that wasn't explored in detail in the show was the woman who came in with her kid on her hip- and a black eye.

7. I watched two shows and I was really unhappy with Josh Ryan

I can't quote what he said, but he was slinging gun myths along with the guns. I got the distinct feeling Ryan is a poser.

Now the customers are the real thing and make the show worth watching. I loved the guy who field stripped what looked like an HK 93 blindfolded within a minute.
