1. Good.
People who think law abiding people shouldn't be allowed to carry in a park, should try to give a reason why, backed up with some kind of evidence.

3. DU uses square brackets to work HTML code
Probably somewhere in the original was [strike], and when you
copied-and-pasted it got carried over.
