Gun store employee accidently shoots himself
POMPANO BEACH, Fla. (AP) - Authorities say an employee at a South Florida gun store accidentally shot himself in the hand.

The Broward Sheriff's Office reports that 22-year-old Aaron Palmer was taken to a Pompano Beach hospital Tuesday. His injuries were not considered life-threatening.

Deputies responded to the National Armory Gun Store & Gun Range after Palmer was wounded with a small-caliber weapon.

The shooting was declared an accident. No charges were filed.

8. Guns are a threat to everyone in society, even to merchants thereof.

16. I digress.
I feel that Aaron Palmer was his own greatest threat. The gun was circumstantial.

17. The point is
That all guns are evil and this anecdotal episode proves that the OP's public policy preferences should be implemented immediately.

Your disagreement proves that you are a freeper troll and very likely on your way to the lowest pits of hades as we speak.

Oh, must I :sarcasm: ?

12. Well then... that he shot himself with a penis-extension is equally ironic and fitting.

6. In other national news, a South Florida used car dealer slammed his hand in a car hood.

His injuries were not considered life-threatening either. :eyes:

Seriously, what is the point of this post?

"Gunz are teh bad"?
"Gun store employees should be at least 25"?
"If you point a gun at your hand and pull the trigger, it probably isn't good for your hand"?

Here's a gratuitous gun-safety post instead:

The Four Rules of Gun Safety:

(1) Always treat every gun as if it were loaded.
(2) Never point a gun in an unsafe direction.
(3) Keep your finger off the trigger until you are ready to shoot.
(4) Always be sure of your target.

These rules apply at gun stores and everywhere else.

negligently.

No such thing as an 'accidentally' loaded gun.

14. It is a shame what passes for journalism these days.
That "story" was not worth the electrons it consumed.
