(Firearms Fishing Advocate) Green Bay gun dealer cited for violations (guns -> mass shootings)

A Green Bay gun dealer linked to three mass shootings (edit: Va Tech and others)outside Wisconsin has been cited for numerous firearms violations, according to federal inspection records.

But the exact nature of the violations at the Green Bay business — and how they were resolved — has been redacted from records recently released by the U.S. Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives.

TGSCOM Inc., an Internet dealership based at 1449 S. Broadway, was cited by ATF inspectors in 2007 and again in 2009, both times for multiple violations.

One report indicates that TGSCOM failed to verify customers' ages and that the dealership was lax in checking the destinations of firearms shipped out of town.

...Regarding Kazmeirczak (NIU) and Sodini (Collier township health club), the article is wrong when it asserts TGSCom sold them guns. Both purchased firearm accessories from TGSCom sites, but not actual firearms. Both could just have readily acquired those items from bricks-and-mortar retailers, it would just have cost them a bit more....

Things anyone can buy without a license. That's like claiming Dell or Emachines (for example) were 'linked' to botnets or purveyors of child porn.

8. So is TGSCOM still in business or completing orders?
I one of these guys on order and I don't want to have to worry about a deal falling through... or worse, losing money. :(
