For the record, not only are Moore and the GOA utterly dishonest and ignorant about what the Constitution acctually says, Moore isn't even following the Ten Commandments that he claims trump the Constitution: "Thou shalt not make unto thee any graven image...Thou shalt not bow down thyself to them, nor serve them."

33. The judge makes ruling based on religion

I do not know this issue to well, my opionion is that the statue violates the first amendment.

This guy ruled against a woman because she was a lesbian in a child custody case. I can not believe the right would defend this guy, but I guess they are a bunch of gay bashers.

I would hope you guys can rise above name calling and saying crazy things like "so and so is pro gun, thus all pro gun people are bad." There are plenty of crazy anti gun people too.
