1. apparently BushCo (and their Israeli surrogates) don't care what kind . . .

of munitions they use . . . if they exist, they're fair game . . . depleted uranium, cluster bombs, white phorphorus, even tactical nukes are all in the arsenal and, therefore, available for use . . . what international law or treaties say about them is inconsequential to these warmongers . . . their attitude seems to be "they're MY toys, and I'll play with them if I want to!" . . . the horrific damage they do is NOT a consideration to amoral men . . .

2. Look, it's been clear for some time that the IDF does what it likes.

The government spends half its time cleaning up and papering over the messes the IDF makes. I know it didn't use to be that way, but it sure has been that way lately.
