Without Arafat, the Palestinian legislature would not be subject to his veto. Without Arafat, free elections can be held. Without Arafat, Hamas will die. Without Arafat, a road to peace can be followed.

And I don't mean give it to the Hamas or other terrorists that *need* belt bombs and guns. Use the money to feed the poor and heal the sick.
