Hamas Armed Wing: More Surprises Wait for Israeli Army
Source: China View

GAZA, Jan. 5 (Xinhua) -- Al-Qassam Brigades, Islamic Hamas movement's armed wing, vowed on Monday to continue confronting the Israeli army forces that has been carrying out a ground operation on Gaza since Dec. 27.

The group said in a statement that it still has more new military tactics, adding that "the Palestinian resistance hasn't yet used all what it has against the enemy," adding "there will be lots of surprises."

"We have lots of surprises, but we still use certain military tactics according to the nature of the battle with the enemy," said al-Qassam statement, adding "ten days after the furious aggression, resistance still surprises the occupation."

The Israeli army has been carrying out a wide-scale air and ground military operations into the Gaza Strip for ten days, leaving dozens of families homeless and over than 530 people killed and 2,600 wounded.

However, Gaza militant groups continue launching homemade rockets at southern Israeli towns and communities, while at the same time they were confronting the invading Israeli army group forces.

"The armed Palestinian resistance still surprises the occupation by using other new kinds of weapons and arms," said the group. "We still haven't fired rockets deep into the enemy's territories."

(snip)

The Hamas armed wing confirmed that its militants used for the first time B29 anti-tanks missiles, as well as another new kind of missiles called Tandem against the Israeli army tanks that entered into several areas in northern Gaza.

"The Palestinian factions of resistance have new military plans and tactics, and they don't use all of it at once. We have 30 surprises, and we have only used one of them," said the group, in reference to the B29 missiles.

1. Great idea!
Maybe they can get more civilians killed for their propaganda value.

2. They're working on it
More surprises?

What murderous thugs to put their civilians in so much danger when they could so easily end this whole thing.

3. Easily?
And let's not forget, it was "their civilians" that democratically elected Hamas to lead them because they felt that Fatah could do nothing to "end this whole thing". It's "their civilians" that are living and dying and suffering in a ghetto.

4. But Hamas does not care about their civilians
as has been evident by their actions since they took Gaza in a coup.

Their citizens are being used as political pawns, because Hamas will not give up their goal to take over "all of greater Palestine: (ie Israel).

And Hamas is no democracy, election or not.

They rule with a military boot and kill or kidnap those who disagree.'

No freedom of speech, press, religion.

Women brutalized and stoned.

Gays hanged.

That's no democracy, and now they have put 1.5 million citizens into a war because they won't give up resistance and violence and terrorism.

5. And Israel is the Innocent victim here?
Blameless? If Israel really wanted peace, why the blockade? Why destroy hospitals and schools? Why deprive the people of Gaza of food and medicines? Hamas is only the latest answer to Israeli's harsh treatment of mostly helpless, lightly armed civilians.

6. Those are all in the response to terrorism
which has been ongoing and increasing for 60 -100 years.

Walls, checkpoints, etc have protected Israeli citizens, and countries have the right to protect their own citizens.

There wouldn't have been a blockade, had Hamas stopped the rockets.

Nor an incursion.

I think Israel is being too harsh too,but they have put up with terrorism for decades, including 7000rockets in the past 8 years, and are never allowed a response, proportionate or disproportionate.

They are just supposed to put up with terrorism.

7. What's the difference between terrorism and 4th Generation Warfare?
If Israeli politicains are too stupid and too incompetent to win on the Grand Strategic level of warfare, then they don't deserve to win.

8. Why are you still on leave from your IDF unit?
Or are you texting it in from the front?
