Not much details, but December is confirmed as the date by Mitzna from Labor (calls it "historic").

This has been released as a statement by both the Israeli and Palestinian sides who had a meeting today.

Apparently they also hope to invite Sharon and Arafat to the ceremony.

EDIT: Forgot something - the agreement is still going to be distributed to homes before this date (it's confirmed in this article, as is Colin Powell's letter of "support").

it would be a great propaganda victory against Sharon ("look, we're for peace, he isn't") and without Sharon's cooperation, the agreement will die. He would have no obligations.
