Israeli court: Rape charge for Arab posing as a Jew

JERUSALEM (JTA) -- An Israeli court ruled that consensual sex between a Jewish woman and an Arab posing as a Jew constituted rape.

On Monday, the Jerusalem District Court sentenced Sabbar Kashur, 30, an Arab from Jerusalem, to 18 months in prison as part of a plea bargain for rape by deception.

Kashur met a Jewish woman in downtown Jerusalem in 2008 and introduced himself as a Jewish bachelor seeking a serious relationship, the indictment said, according to media reports. The couple then went to a nearby building and had consensual sexual intercourse; Kashur then left.

I accidentally hit on this above link while looking for a definition of racism and bigotry.

There is obviously no racism in Israel just ask them -- except that actions speak far louder than words. You'll probably not see this published in the biased and racist US media. However if it involved other ethnic backgrounds in any other country in the world it would hit every major news site. It is not just what the media reports that shows their bias, it is also what they don't report.
