"Hamas spends 90% of its time in hiding"

Shin Bet chief Avi Dichter told the Cabinet at its weekly meeting Sunday that Hamas leaders are spending 90 percent of their time in hiding and only 10 percent on planning terror attacks against Israel.

Dichter also told the Cabinet that the Shin Bet would be beefing up security at official Israeli institutions abroad due to the growing terrorist threat. Meanwhile, security routines and measures have been updated at embassies, consulates, EL AL branches and other "sensitive" sites, Army Radio reported.

"Hamas chiefs spend 90% of their time hiding and 10% of their time planning attacks," Dichter said. "They are interested in a Hudna so they can come out of underground and strengthen their terror infrastructure."

Palestinian Authority Prime Minister Ahmed Qurei has been working on trying to achieve a Hudna with the different Palestinian terror organizations over the past few weeks. Qurei's plan is to reach an understanding on a cease-fire with the various Palestinian factions, and then try to persuade Israel to join the truce as a partner.

................................................................

be interesting to see how long they can hide.

1. I hope Israel catches Hamas leaders
I hope Hamas leaders are brought to trial for their crimes against humanity, convicted and punished.

However, new leaders will rise to take their place. Unfortunately, there is nothing to lead me to believe these new leaders will not employ the same terrorist tactics.

Until both sides realize that they must share the land west of the Jordan, most likely by dividing it into tow independent and sovereign states, there will be a conflict.

2. No trials
Just assassinations and killing along numerous innocents...
